Shipping Information
All purchases made before 3pm on a weekday will be sent the same day from our headquarters in Blackburn. Any purchases paid for after 3pm will be sent the next available occasion. Please note that this excludes public holidays and weekends.
Shipping by regular Royal Mail is free for all orders over £30.
Shipping times are dependent on the postal system and not Texture Ties. We post at the first available occasion but after shipping, the time taken to receive is out of our control. If you have never purchased online or had a package sent nationally through the mail before, you are welcome to contact us first for an estimate of delivery time. Please note that during the Christmas period packages are often likely to take longer to arrive.
Texture Ties offers trackable first and second class post and express if your order is urgent. During checkout you can select the express option for unlimited items. If you have any other queries, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges Information
At Texture Ties, we have a flexible return policy that allows you to return any product within 60 days for a reasonable reason, including sizing issues, colour discrepancies, or simply changing your mind. However, please ensure that the item has not been worn or used. It’s important to note that if you opt for a straight refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for the additional cost of shipping the new item. Our free shipping policy only applies to the initial purchase, and any returns or exchanges will incur the actual shipping charges.
If Texture Ties makes an administrative error, we will cover all shipping costs associated with resolving the issue. As the buyer, you will not be required to pay for any of these costs. If you encounter such a problem, please contact us immediately.
